Content – In college, Jack and Andy were friends who desired the same woman, Liz. Since then, Jack has become somewhat of a wanderer, but decides to visit Andy and their friend Moze for a fun weekend at the lake. Jack realizes that maybe Andy’s life is pretty perfect and secretly wants his life, which would include his wife Liz. During a night of drinking and arguing, a tragic accident sends Jack into a spiral of emotions that quickly gets out of control. And then Liz shows up at the house looking for Andy, and life gets even more complicated. Jack must make hard decisions regarding his own life, but what will those decisions be? A very dramatic story with a dramatic end! This scores a 8 out of 10.
Acting – The three college friends are played by Chase Fein, Hunter Cross and Steve Holm. All do a good job with their characters and their arcs. And Chelsea Kurtz who plays Liz portrays her character with sincerity and comfort. All the performances are impressive for these actors. Score is 7 out of 10.
Duration – 1 hr 35 min. This movie is dramatic and can be slow at times. But most dramas tend to be slow, so it fits with the genre. This gets a 7 out of 10.
