Money Plane – Action
Category – Movie
Content – A botched robbery puts Jack Reese in a sticky situation – He now owes $40 million to “The Rumble.” To square off the deal, and save his family’s life, he must commit to one final heist, but this one won’t be easy. Rob the money plane, a jet that flies over international waters while high end criminals gamble. But Jack must pull this off with his team to save his family. The team gets on the plane, blends in and begins their robbery; however, the longer they push forward, the more they realize that the botched robbery and this heist might all be a set up. So Jack implements Plan B, and it is one wild ride to the end. This action film has great comedic dialogue, complicated stunts and is overall an exciting film. This scores a 7.5 out of 10.
Acting – Jack is played by Adam Copeland, who does a great job leading this film. I’m not sure if he does his own stunts, but it seems like he could (and would). His team is comprised of Katrina Norman, Patrick Lamont Jr and Andrew Lawrence, all of which do a great job. Even though this is a low budget action film, there are surprise cameos like Joey Lawrence, Thomas Jane and Denise Richards. And the biggest is Kelsey Grammar, who plays the cheating Rumble, and does an exceptional job when his character gets extremely angry. Really, a decent job by all! Score is 8.5 out of 10.
Duration – A wee 82 minutes, which is pretty darn short for an action film. Although, this one got the entire story line in and plays well. I don’t think there was ever a dull moment here! This gets a 8.5 out of 10.
